By submitting your entry to this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.  Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.

Promoter: Highland Spring Group, Stirling Street, Blackford, Perthshire PH4 1QA.

    Eligibility:

  1. Promotion open to residents of UK, excluding employees (or members of their families) of the Highland Spring Group and Tesco, Morrisons and Asda or anyone connected with the promotion. Under 18s will require parental/guardian supervision to participate and collect a prize.
  2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
  3. The promotion is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  4. Promotional Period:

  5. Promotion opens at 11am on 05.07.2017 and closes for receipt of all entries at 11.59pm on 14.08.2017 (“Promotion Period”).
  6. How to enter:

  7. To enter the promotion, participants must attend one of the Promoter’s 50 field events, by completing one challenge (for the instant win prizes) or two challenges (for the overall prize). The first one being a virtual reality (VR) challenge where participants must count the number of ‘love to recycle’ logos they see within the footage, and the second being ‘love to recycle’ bottle recycling challenge to get empty bottles from one box, through a tube, into an empty box within 60 seconds. Only 1 entry per person per day is allowed.
  8. Prizes:

  9. Those who guess the correct number of logos or complete the bottle recycle challenge within 60 seconds will win one of the branded Highland Spring cardboard virtual reality (VR) headset. These are restricted to 24 headsets per day and once these are distributed customers can take part in the games but will not receive an instant win prize.
  10. The overall winner will be the person that has completed the two challenges and correctly guessed the exact number of logos and has completed the bottle challenge quickest. In order to be eligible to enter, participants get their picture taken with the branded Highland Spring Facebook cut out at the stand and upload this to Facebook with the campaign hashtag: #BraveByNatureVR. In the case any participant is under the age of 18, they are permitted to use their parent/guardian Facebook account. In the event the participant is under 13 they must use their parent/guardians Facebook account.
  11. Winner Selection and Notification:

  12. There will be 1,200 branded Highland Spring cardboard virtual reality (VR) headsets, with 24 to be won per day. Data will be gathered through an offline survey at our stand each day this is used to collect all prize entrants scores and as part of the main prize. In the event that a child of under 18 wins the prize their parent will be notified.
  13. The overall winner will be the entrant with the exact logo count for the recycle logos on the VR video footage and quickest speed at the bottle challenge, as well as uploading their picture with the campaign hashtag #BraveByNatureVR will win a Sim Free Samsung Galaxy S6 and a Samsung Gear VR headset. In the event there is a tie, those entrants will go into a prize draw. In the event no person guesses the exact logo count the next closest participant will then be eligible.
  14. All pictures must be taken by participants visiting at the events and uploaded using #BraveByNatureVR. This hashtag is monitored and any inappropriate or rude content linked to the competition entry will be immediately removed and disqualified from the competition.
  15. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by an independent individual and selected at random.
  16. The overall winner will be contacted on the 21st August 2017 by direct message on facebook. The winner will be asked for confirmation of receipt by email reply, no more than 14 days after receipt of their winner’s notification. If by such time the winners have not responded, then they forfeit the right to claim the Prize and the Promoter is free to nominate another winner.
  17. General:

  18. No cash or alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to award a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  19. The full name of the winner will be published on: https://www.facebook.com/HighlandSpringWater and their full names and counties will be available by writing to the promoter within 2 months of the closing date enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
  20. In some instances, the entrant’s Facebook privacy settings may prevent their entry/engagement with the competition being visible to Galloway Cheddar and the Promoter, in which case the entry will not be visible and not count.
  21.  The Promoter reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by the Highland Spring Group before such person may claim their prize.
  22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
  23. The winners agree to take part in any post-draw publicity requested by the Promoter, without remuneration.
  24. The Promoter will not pass on entrants’ personal details to any other organisation. All reasonable steps will be taken to safeguard entrants’ personal details. The only information gathered will be for the purpose of the competition and will be held securely in accordance with Data Protection principles.
  25. Data gathered through the survey will not be linked to any personal details and will be anonymous. All personal details gathered for the purpose of the promotion will be destroyed once the winners have claimed their prize. 
  26. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. 
  27. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  28. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to the Promoter, not Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the promotion. By entering the promotion all participants accept that they have no claim against Facebook whatsoever
  29. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on Scots law and the Scottish Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction
  30. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
