Cycling to school

Chris Hoy cycling to school with two children

Sir Chris Hoy has joined Highland Spring to launch a new Cycle to School initiative to encourage families to swap their cars for bikes when it comes to the school run.

Four times Olympic gold medalist, Chris Hoy regularly cycled to school and got a lot of benefits from it. He said: “Cycling to school gives you a fantastic start to the day. It leaves you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. It’s also a great way for families to spend some quality time together and remove the stress of the morning rush hour traffic.”

As part of our campaign Chris joined children from St John’s Primary School in Chorlton, Manchester to show them how to get the best out of cycling to school safely.
