By participating in the Prize Draw, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Highland Spring Limited ("the Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Prize Draw. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Prize Draw. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion in whole or in part at any time during the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility: The Prize Draw is open to legal residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man or Channel Islands only, who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Sponsor or its group companies (and their immediate families – spouse, civil partner, parents, sibling and children) and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw are ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or win a prize.

4. Winner’s Selection: The winner of the prize draw will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within 24 hours of the end of the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and the Sponsor will aim to notify the winner via direct Facebook message within 24 hours after the drawing. Tickets will be sent via post to the winner’s address. If a winner does not respond to the Sponsor within 24 hours of being notified by the Sponsor, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Sponsor will be entitled to select another winner at random. Any winner notification returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The winner may be required to sign and return further documentation as directed by the Sponsor in order to claim their prize.

5. Prize: One winner will win a pair of tickets to the 2019 National Television Awards in London on Tuesday, 22nd January 2019. The two tickets will only be able to be used for this event. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part for the available prize. The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by a winner. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. The prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, or Channel Islands.
