Highland Spring - Christmas Mocktail Mixer.

Merry Little Sipsmas

The ultimate festive mocktail with creamy coconut milk and tangy blood orange juice. 

Ingredients: 

  • 50ml fresh blood orange juice 
  • 25ml blood orange syrup 
  • 50ml unsweetened coconut milk 
  • Highland Spring Sparkling Water 
  • Slice of dried blood orange 
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary 
  • Desiccated coconut for garnish 
  • Ice 

Method: 

  • Grab a tumbler. 
  • Dip the outer rim of the glass in water. 
  • Dip the rim of the glass in desiccated coconut to create a snowy effect. 
  • Add the juice, syrup, coconut milk and some ice to the glass, then stir to combine. 
  • Add more ice to fill the glass. 
  • Top with Highland Spring Sparkling Water. 
  • Garnish with a slice of dried blood orange and add a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Ingredients: 

  • 6 fresh raspberries 
  • 50ml of syrup 
  • 25ml fresh lime juice 
  • Highland Spring Sparkling Water 
  • Pomegranate seeds 
  • Mini candy cane for garnish 
  • Ice 

Method: 

  • In a highball, muddle the fresh raspberries 
  • Add the syrup, fresh lime juice and mix everything together 
  • Add some ice to the glass 
  • Top it up with Highland Spring Sparkling Water 
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, the mini candy cane and an optional lime peel curl
