Highland Spring Supports 745 – A Game That Means More

745 match and the fight against Motor Neuron Disease

Highland Spring has been proud to support My Name’5 Doddie Foundation fight against Motor Neuron Disease for the last couple of years.

In our continuation of this support Highland Spring are proud to be the official water sponsor of the upcoming 745 game at the AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium on Sunday 17th November.

The 745 isn’t just a name; it’s a symbol of unity and tribute. Each number reflects the jersey worn by three inspiring men: Rob Burrow (#7), Ed Slater (#4), and Doddie Weir (#5).

The game, which will be a hybrid of Rugby League and Rugby Union rules, was an idea that Rob and former Leicester and Gloucester Rugby Union player Ed Slater, were developing before Rob passed away in June this year.

The 745 Game has been established to raise funds and awareness for Motor Neurone Disease (MND), uniting the rugby community in the fight against this disease.

We look forward to keeping everyone involved in this special day healthily hydrated as we come together to support this important cause and watch some of the legends of both Rugby Union and Rugby League in action.
