Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

T&Cs – Women’s Scotland v France – Scotland Rugby ticket giveaway

1. To enter the Promoter’s Scotland Rugby tickets Instagram prize draw (“Prize Draw”), entrants must follow @highland_spring and @scotlandteam and tag who they’ll be taking to the match. No purchase required.
   
2. The Prize Draw shall open at 3.00pm on 28th April 2026 and will close at 3pm on 4th May 2026.  Entries must be made by 2.59pm on 4th May 2026 to be accepted.  Entries received after this time will not be accepted. 
   
3. Entrants will require an Instagram account to enter and must ensure that their entries are set to ‘public’.  By entering in the Prize Draw, entrants understand and agree to their comments and posts being publicly displayed on the @highland_spring Instagram page.
      
4. Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.  
   
5. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
   
6. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 
   
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or received due to any kind of technical fault, network, server or software failure, unavailability of the internet or Instagram or any combination thereof. 
   
8. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entrant(s) from the Prize Draw whose social media name or photo it deems to be offensive, or it believes may cause offence to other entrants. 
   
9. The winner will receive two tickets to the Women’s Scotland v France rugby match on 9th May 2026 at Hive Stadium (the “Prize”). 
   
10. There will be one Prize winner.  The Prize Draw will take place using an independently verified random computer number generator within 12hrs of the Prize Draw close and the winner notified via Instagram only.  The winner will be required to contact the Promoter via an Instagram direct message to provide contact details and to make arrangements for their Prize to be delivered.  The Prize will be delivered as digital tickets.  Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, if this cannot be achieved before the event takes place, the Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the Prize removed from the Prize Draw.
    
11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.   
    
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.   
    
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. 
    
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with (a) the Prize Draw; (b) the receipt, use or allocation of the Prize; or (c) any other events beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that may cause the Prize Draw to be cancelled, modified, or disrupted or may lead to loss, delay or damage of the Prize. Entrant’s statutory rights are not affected. 
    
15. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and fulfilling the Prize.  The Promoter will use and retain such personal data only in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  To the extent that elements of the Prize are being provided by a third party, the personal data of the winner may be passed on to that third party for the sole purpose of Prize fulfilment. 
    
16. These terms and conditions and the Prize Draw (and any non-contractual disputes/claims which arise out of or in connection with them) are governed by Scots law. Any disputes must be referred to the Scottish courts.  
    
17. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants accept and understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter, and that Instagram has no liability for any element of the Prize Draw. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Prize Draw will be directed to the Promoter only. 
    
18. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Highland Spring Limited of Stirling Street, Blackford, Perthshire PH4 1QA.
